Kristel’s own healing journey began after the birth of her first child in 2012, when
she wanted to get to the route of his difficulties. She was introduced to Kinesiology
and the rest is history. She also has a wealth of experience working with children
as she is also a primary teacher of 20 + years.

Hi, Im Kristel and I live in the beautiful South Devon with my husband, 2 children
and dog, Jessie, I have always been spiritual as well as fascinated by the incredible abilities of the human body so have spent a huge amount of my time
carrying out my own research around issues which I have come into contact with. I
have been hugely privileged to work with hundreds of children over the years after
beginning my teaching career in 2004. During this time I have had the pleasure of
working with a huge variety of needs and gained a deeper understanding of what
this means to individuals, their families and how best they can be supported.
During this time I also lead music in schools and also PSHE (Personal, social,
health and economic education), trying to find ways to empower children to look
after their own wellbeing. After having my first child, I discovered the incredible
world of Creative Kinesiology. I was blown away by the power of this therapy and
there was not an element of doubt about it; I had to train myself. I felt it
encompassed all I was passionate about in one incredibly powerful therapy. In
2017, I completed my professional training to become a Certified Kinesiologist. I
later went on to become a Reiki Master and complete training in Advanced Sound
Healing, Indian Head Massage as well as Five Element Nutrition, Trauma
Release, Physiology and Anatomy and Body Orientated Interpersonal Skills. I feel
blessed to now help others get to the root of their issues, find a gentle way through
their challenges and support them on their healing journey.
